Summary
This study aims to find out why patients wait so long for vision tests at a specific eye clinic in Nepal and then test solutions to speed things up. Researchers will first measure current wait times and ask patients about their satisfaction. Then, they will implement changes like adjusting staff schedules or reorganizing the workflow and see if these changes reduce wait times and make patients happier.
