First seen Mar 29, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study tested two different exercise programs in 52 adults with chronic neck pain (lasting at least 3 months). One program focused on eye-cervical re-education, and the other on motor control training. The goal was to see which better reduced pain, improved neck movement, and lowered disability. Participants were assessed over 8 weeks using pain scales and range-of-motion measurements.
