Summary
This study looks at what happens when a standalone eye center becomes part of a provincial government hospital in Kalaiya, Nepal. Researchers will track changes in patient visits, follow-ups, and referrals, and interview patients and staff to see if the new model makes eye care more accessible and acceptable. The goal is to learn how to better deliver eye care in low-resource areas and inform future health policies.
