Summary
This study looks at ways to make eye care appointments more efficient at a busy eye hospital in India. Researchers will test simple tools to help staff and patients move through the day more smoothly. The goal is to reduce the total time patients spend at the hospital by 15-25%. About 400 patients having planned eye procedures will take part.
