Summary
This study gave a single infusion of a medicine called spesolimab to 39 people in China with a serious skin disease called generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP) who had no other treatment options. The goal was to control the flare-up, not to cure the disease. Participants were monitored for about 4 months for side effects and could receive a second dose if needed.
