Summary
This program gives seriously ill adults with advanced pancreatic cancer and severe weight loss (cachexia) early access to the experimental drug mifomelatide. It is for patients who have no other treatment options for their weight loss and cannot join current clinical trials. Doctors can request the drug for eligible patients in countries that allow this program.
