Summary
This program provides access to an experimental treatment for people with sarcopenic obesity (muscle loss combined with excess body fat) who cannot participate in regular clinical trials. It's designed for patients who don't qualify for other studies or can't travel to trial locations. Participants must meet specific criteria for both obesity and muscle weakness.
