This program provides expanded access to an experimental treatment (IMM01-STEM) for people with sarcopenic obesity—a condition where muscle loss and excess body fat occur together. It is designed for patients who cannot join other clinical trials due to location, eligibility, or assessment challenges. Participants must have both obesity (e.g., high waist circumference) and sarcopenia (e.g., low muscle mass or strength). The goal is to offer treatment to those who might benefit but have no other trial options.
