Summary
This study tests whether injections of exosomes (tiny particles from umbilical cord stem cells) can safely improve erections in men aged 18–70 with moderate to severe erectile dysfunction who haven't responded well to standard pills. Seventy participants will receive six weekly injections of either exosomes or a placebo. The main goal is to see if the treatment improves erectile function scores without serious side effects.
