Inclusion Criteria: * Histologically confirmed gastric adenocarcinoma. * Underwent curative-intent resection (R0). * Availability of pre- and postoperative plasma samples. * Documented clinical follow-up data (recurrence/metastasis status). * Provided written informed consent.
