First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study tests whether walking with a robotic exoskeleton can reduce nerve pain in people with spinal cord injury. Forty adults with traumatic spinal injury and persistent nerve pain will either use the exoskeleton or do relaxation exercises three times a week for 12 weeks. Researchers will check pain levels, daily function, and brain activity before, after, and 6 months later.
