Summary

This study tested a device called ExoMIND (BTL-699-2) to see if it could help adults over 22 improve their willpower and self-control while reducing food cravings. 51 participants received six treatments and filled out questionnaires about self-control and cravings. The goal was to see if the device could make it easier to resist tempting foods.
