Summary

This study is testing whether a probiotic supplement called ExoBDNF can improve cognitive abilities like memory and concentration, as well as sleep and mood. About 50 adults aged 18 and older will take the supplement daily for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure changes using questionnaires and computer-based tests.
