Summary
This study tests whether a probiotic called ExoBDNF can help improve memory, concentration, sleep, and mood in adults. About 50 people aged 18 and older will take the supplement daily for 8 weeks. Researchers will compare their thinking and sleep before and after the treatment to see if there is any benefit.
