Summary
This early-stage study tests the safety of a new drug, Exl-111, in 70 healthy adults aged 18-55. Participants receive either the drug, a placebo, or an existing allergy medicine (omalizumab) to see how the body handles it. The goal is to check for side effects and measure drug levels in the blood.
