First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study tests if doing light exercise with a blood flow restriction cuff during dialysis can reduce heart strain and improve heart function. 108 adults on dialysis will be split into three groups: standard care, exercise alone, or exercise with blood flow restriction. The goal is to see if this approach offers better heart protection than usual dialysis.
