Can simple exercises during dialysis ease exhaustion and improve sleep?
NCT ID NCT07386691
Summary
This study aims to see if doing simple exercises during dialysis can help patients feel less tired and sleep better. Researchers are comparing two types of non-drug activities—leg exercises and breathing exercises using a device called a spirometer—against a group that does not do these exercises. The goal is to find safe, practical ways to improve the daily lives of people receiving long-term hemodialysis treatment.
