Summary
This study tests a new exercise program for children aged 5 to 8 with diplegic cerebral palsy who have moderate to severe movement challenges. Half of the 14 children will do exercises on a moving surface, while the other half will do standard physical therapy. The goal is to see if the moving surface training improves their ability to walk, balance, and coordinate movements better than usual therapy.
