Summary
This study tested two different exercise programs to see which one better improves balance and movement in children with cerebral palsy. Fifty children aged 6-12 did exercises either on unstable surfaces like Swiss balls or on stable surfaces like mats for six weeks. Researchers measured their motor skills and balance to determine which approach was more effective for rehabilitation.
