Summary

This study looked at whether exercising in the morning or early evening makes a difference in blood pressure and blood vessel health for postmenopausal women with high blood pressure. 68 women aged 55-80 who were not already very active took part. The goal was to see if timing exercise with the body's daily rhythms could help lower blood pressure more effectively.
