This study looked at how different types of exercise (short bursts of intense cycling vs. steady moderate cycling) and timing relative to meals affect blood sugar in physically active adults with type 1 diabetes. Twenty-one participants completed four exercise sessions while their glucose was monitored. The goal was to see which combination best prevents blood sugar drops.
