Summary
This study tested whether a special exercise program, enhanced with SPOZ technology, could help older adults with dementia. For six months, 142 participants either did the exercises or continued their usual activities. Researchers measured changes in memory, thinking, behavior, and comfort levels to see if the program made a difference.
