First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study looked at two types of exercises—multi-angle isometric and dynamic—combined with kinesio taping to help people with cervical spondylosis (neck arthritis). Fifty-two adults aged 30-50 participated for 9 weeks. The goal was to see which approach better improved neck movement, reduced pain, and eased daily disability. Results may help guide physical therapy choices for neck pain.
