Virtual workouts tested to boost health of brain tumor survivors
NCT ID NCT05740839
Summary
This study is testing whether a 16-week virtual, home-based high-intensity interval training (HIIT) exercise program can improve the health of young adults who survived brain tumors as children. Researchers want to see if the program is feasible and if it helps with physical fitness, thinking skills, and emotional well-being. About 30 participants will be randomly assigned to either start the exercise program right away or after a waiting period.
