Summary
This study tests a 12-week exercise program (FMS-CrossFit) in 184 children aged 3-6 with autism to see if it improves school readiness. The program combines movement skills with circuit training to help with motor, social, and self-regulation abilities. Researchers will compare these kids to those receiving usual care, measuring progress at several points over 20 weeks.
