NCT ID NCT07601321

First seen May 22, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026

Summary

This study tests a 12-week resistance exercise program designed to help older adults with sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss) improve muscle mass, strength, and physical function. About 90 participants will be randomly assigned to start the program right away or wait 3 months before starting. The program uses behavior change techniques to encourage regular exercise and aims to provide a practical, ethical way to manage sarcopenia in the community.
