NCT ID NCT07373119

Summary

This study is testing a 12-week program to see if guided exercise and mobility sessions can help older adults with stable heart disease feel less frail and improve their strength. Researchers will work with 60 participants aged 70 and older, measuring their balance, walking speed, and ability to stand up from a chair. The program also involves reviewing medications and diet to support overall health.
