First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding Pain Neuroscience Education (teaching people how the brain processes pain) to standard motor control exercises can reduce pain and improve daily function in adults with chronic low back pain and central sensitization (a condition where the nervous system is overly sensitive). Twenty participants will be tracked for changes in pain intensity, muscle activity, walking, and quality of life. The goal is to find a better way to manage this common, stubborn condition.
