Summary

This study tested a 12-week program combining exercise and nutrition advice in 80 older adults (65-90 years) with sarcopenia (muscle loss) and metabolic syndrome. The goal was to see if the program improves muscle strength, physical performance, and quality of life. Participants were assessed at the start, after 12 weeks, and again at 24 weeks.
