Summary

This study tested whether a program of supervised exercise, or exercise combined with mindfulness training, could help people with long-term, non-specific low back pain. It involved 105 adults and measured changes in pain, disability, strength, and quality of life over several months. The goal was to see if this combined approach was more effective than usual care for managing this common condition.
