Simple exercise and massage program aims to ease constipation in kids

Summary
This study tests whether an 8-week program of exercise and belly massage can improve bowel movements and daily comfort in children aged 5-18 with functional constipation. About 40 children will be assigned to either the program or standard care. Researchers will measure changes in bowel symptoms, rectal size, and quality of life.
