First seen Mar 10, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study looked at whether a custom exercise program combined with manual therapy (like massage) could help people with severe hemophilia who have multiple damaged joints. Ten adults completed the program, and researchers measured pain, joint movement, muscle strength, heart and lung fitness, and quality of life. The goal was to see if this approach could ease symptoms and improve daily living.
