Summary
This study looks at whether adding a gentle magnetic pulse (peripheral magnetic stimulation) to exercise can help older adults (60+) with schizophrenia feel better and move easier. Forty participants will be split into groups to compare the combination against each treatment alone. The goal is to reduce symptoms and improve daily function, with results measured after 4 weeks.
