Summary
This study looks at how well people with schizophrenia or bipolar disorder can exercise and breathe. Researchers will measure lung function, breathing muscle strength, and quality of life in 150 adults aged 18 to 65. The goal is to find physical limits and help create better exercise programs for people with these conditions.
