First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tested whether a combination of two types of exercises (PNF and spiral muscle chain training) could improve posture, spine flexibility, and back muscle strength in teenagers with spinal curvature problems like scoliosis. 189 teens aged 13-18 did supervised exercises three times a week for 12 weeks. The goal was to see if the combined approach worked better than either exercise alone.
