Can special exercises help smokers breathe easier?

NCT ID NCT07488741

Summary

This study aims to see if specific chest exercises can help improve breathing and fitness in university students who smoke. Researchers will compare two different exercise programs—one using specialized PNF techniques and another using chest mobility exercises—against a control group that does no exercises. The goal is to find out which approach is better at easing breathing difficulties, increasing chest expansion, and improving overall functional capacity.
