Summary
This study tests whether a physical activity program can improve hormone levels and body measurements in women with PCOS who also have fatty pancreas and mild thyroid problems. Researchers will enroll 40 women and track changes in sex hormones, blood sugar, and waist size. The goal is to see if exercise can ease symptoms linked to these conditions.
