Brain and body workout: can special exercises ease Parkinson's symptoms?
NCT ID NCT07277205
Summary
This study aims to see which of two exercise programs works better for improving movement, balance, and thinking skills in people with Parkinson's disease. One program focuses on balance exercises, while the other combines physical movement with mental tasks. Forty-five participants will be randomly assigned to one of the programs or a control group, exercising twice a week for eight weeks. Researchers will measure changes in walking, balance, memory, and daily activities to help design better rehabilitation plans.
