Summary
This study looks at whether a structured exercise program can improve physical function, fitness, and quality of life in women with metastatic breast cancer. About 78 women currently undergoing treatment will take part. The program focuses on strength, endurance, and body composition, with researchers also tracking fatigue, sleep, and safety.
