Summary
This study compared two types of exercise—stabilization exercises versus spinal decompression exercises—for people with Maigne's syndrome, a condition causing pain in the lower back, buttock, and groin. Twenty-six adults aged 20-45 with moderate to severe pain took part. The goal was to see which approach better reduced pain, improved movement, and eased disability over three weeks.
