Summary
This study looks at whether focusing on upper back or hip exercises helps people with lumbar spondylitis (a type of arthritis in the lower spine) feel less pain and move better. About 60 adults aged 40-60 with long-term back pain will do either thoracic or hip mobility exercises along with core stabilization. The goal is to see which approach works best for reducing pain, improving daily function, and easing fear of movement.
