Summary
This study tested whether a personalized exercise program could help children and teenagers feel better while undergoing cancer treatment. Nearly 500 young patients participated in a program designed to build strength and reduce fatigue. The goal was to see if staying active could improve their quality of life and help them better tolerate their cancer therapies.
