Summary

This study looked at whether adding aerobic or strength exercises to standard physical therapy can better reduce pain and tenderness in people with chronic jaw disorders. 51 adults with jaw pain and heightened sensitivity to touch and pressure took part. The goal was to see if exercise could help calm the nervous system and improve jaw function.
