First seen May 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 05, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding a physical activity program to standard care can improve health in older women who have three conditions: underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism), glaucoma (high pressure in the eyes), and fatty liver. Researchers will measure changes in eye pressure, body mass index, waist size, and blood pressure. The goal is to see if exercise can help manage these conditions together.
