Summary
This study looked at how two types of exercise—aerobic exercise and a special leg training that briefly restricts blood flow—affect health in people with grade 2 high blood pressure. Sixty adults aged 18 to 65 took part in a 6-week program. Researchers measured changes in blood markers, heart and lung fitness, muscle strength, and quality of life.
