Summary

This study compared two types of exercises—thoracic extension and global postural corrective exercises—in 30 adults with hyper kyphosis (excessive rounding of the upper back). The goal was to see which better reduced pain, improved posture, and increased spine movement. Participants were between 18 and 48 years old with moderate curvature. Results help guide physical therapy choices for this condition.
