Summary

This study tests whether a 12-week personalized exercise program can reduce fatigue and improve physical function in 25 adults with myeloproliferative neoplasms or chronic myeloid leukemia. Participants will do supervised aerobic and resistance training twice a week plus home exercise. The goal is to see if the program is safe, feasible, and helps with symptoms and quality of life.
