Can targeted exercises heal the 'Mommy Tummy' gap?
NCT ID NCT07253844
Summary
This study aims to find the best exercise approach for postpartum women with diastasis recti, a common condition where the abdominal muscles separate. Researchers will compare three different six-week exercise programs focusing on either deep core activation, surface muscle strengthening, or a combination of both. They will measure changes in the muscle gap and core stability using ultrasound and pressure feedback to see which method works best.
