Can specific exercises finally ease your chronic back pain?
NCT ID NCT07438470
Summary
This study tested whether two different exercise approaches—McKenzie extension exercises and motor control exercises—could help people with long-term, non-specific low back pain. Researchers worked with 54 adults aged 45-70 who had experienced back pain for at least three months. They measured changes in pain levels, back movement, muscle strength, and daily function to see which exercise method worked better.
