Study tests if workouts ease side effects of breast cancer drugs

NCT ID NCT07215364

Summary

This study aims to see if a structured exercise program can improve quality of life for women with early-stage breast cancer who are taking hormone therapy. About 74 participants in Spain will be assigned to either a 6-month supervised exercise program or given general activity guidelines. Researchers will measure changes in pain, fatigue, and overall well-being to see if regular workouts help manage common side effects of cancer treatment.
