NCT ID NCT07365618

Summary

This study is testing whether a 12-week exercise program can help breast cancer survivors who have developed arm swelling (lymphedema). Researchers will compare a group doing combined aerobic and strength training to a group receiving usual care. The goal is to see if exercise reduces swelling, improves strength and body composition, and enhances quality of life.
